The Athletic claim that Milan have agreed a club record fee with Paris Saint-Germain for Goncalo Ramos at €55m including add-ons, and that he underwent his medical on World Cup duty with Portugal.
There had already been reports in A Bola and L’Equipe today that the first offer had been made by the Rossoneri for the striker, who was specifically requested by new coach Ruben Amorim.
They noted that it was around €40m and still below the asking price of €50m plus add-ons.
Goncalo Ramos to Milan imminently

According to Athletic reporter James Horncastle this evening, the clubs quickly managed to thrash out an agreement with the aid of agent Jorge Mendes.
The exact costs are unclear, but Calciomercato’s Milan transfer expert Daniele Longo puts it at €55m including the various bonuses and add-ons.

It is also reported that he underwent his medical tests while with the Portugal squad at the 2026 World Cup in Florida.
Atletico Madrid and others were also interested, but RedBird chief Gerry Cardinale used his rapport with Paris Saint-Germain chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi to get there first.
Goncalo Ramos turned 25 last week and PSG paid €65m to buy him from Benfica in 2024.
He scored 12 goals with two assists in 45 games for the Champions League winners this season, but was eager for more regular playing time.
